-
International shipping charges paid at checkout are estimates only. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount collected, we will contact you prior to shipment to arrange payment of the difference.
-
Certain international shipments may require export documentation depending on the feather type and destination country. Documentation fees may apply where required.
-
Certificates of Origin and other export documents, where applicable, will be prepared using the information provided at checkout.
-
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, inspections, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
-
All international sales are final unless items arrive damaged. Any damage claim requires timely communication and clear supporting photos of both the packaging and contents.
-
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import regulations, permit requirements, and restrictions within their destination country.
-
Orders may be delayed, held, or cancelled if additional information or clarification is required and we are unable to contact you.
Documentaion
Depending on the feather type and destination country, certain export documentation may be required for international shipments, including but not limited to the following:

-
USDA: Veterinary Health Certificate
-
Declaration for Importation or Exportation (USFWS Form 3-177)
A Certificate of Origin is the most common document our international customers request in order to successfully complete the importation of their feather shipments.

Please note that Veterinary Health Certificates are not available for all feather types or all orders. Some items may originate from older inventory or materials acquired prior to current documentation and sourcing record standards required for certain export certifications.
Your country may also require additional permits, approvals, or import documentation in order to complete customs clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and comply with all local import requirements prior to placing an order. If you have questions regarding documentation requirements for your destination country or feather type, we recommend contacting us through our contact page or chat box prior to purchase.
