Sales on our Website:

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Broken Items Only – We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive in damaged or defective condition. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to qualify. Returns for non-defective items are not accepted.

5-Day Return Window – You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for a damaged or defective item.

Return Authorization Required – All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customer Covers Return Shipping – Return shipping costs and labels are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Refunds – Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Etsy Orders:

For purchases made through our Etsy store, we accept returns only for items that arrive broken or damaged. All other sales are final.

If your Etsy order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
