During COVD, we have suspended all returns or exchanges. Below is our return policy for times when we are not experiencing the Covod-19 Pandemic.
All sales are final unless your item arrives to you broken or damaged, in such case we will correct the problem for you. We cannot take returns on any item that have already been worn or used by you. We will only accept returns for items that arrive broken or damaged. Please contact us with your concern, and we will do our best to make it right.
If you have received a broken or damaged item, please contact us in advance and get prior authorization and instructions on how to complete a return or exchange. Do not ship items back to us without contacting us first.
For items sold in our Etsy store, we offer a 5 day return window for any item that arrives broken or damaged. Please save your box and contact us through the Etsy portal to complete your return.
We do not refund for shipping charges.
