RETURNS

Sales on our Website:

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Please review the following return guidelines:

  • Damaged or Broken Items Only – We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive in damaged or defective condition. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to qualify. Returns for non-defective items are not accepted.

  • 5-Day Return Window – You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for a damaged or defective item.

  • Return Authorization Required – All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return Method – Returns may be completed by mail or in person at our store.

  • Customer Covers Return Shipping – Return shipping costs and labels are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • No Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Refunds – Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable – Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • We’re committed to ensuring your experience is a positive one. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Etsy Orders:

​

For purchases made through our Etsy store, we accept returns only for items that arrive broken or damaged. All other sales are final.

​

If your Etsy order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

​

  • 5-Day Return Window – You must contact us through the Etsy messaging system within 5 days of delivery to request a return for a damaged or broken item.

​

  • New Condition Only – Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • Return Authorization Required – All returns must be pre-approved. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
