This smaller fan is built on a sturdy base with an integrated handle and elastic wrist strap for secure, comfortable handling.  This budget version has been very popular with dance groups.
 
Feathers include a mix of ostrich floss, turkey feathers, and marabou trim, creating a full and lively appearance while keeping the fan lightweight and easy to maneuver.
